Canada Post review by Marilyn Bassett

I paid a lot of money to priority worldwide a parcel as it needed to be at the destination by Friday the 20th. It did not arrive and I see that my receipt says expected. I was not informed that it may not make it. Canada post seriously needs to inform their customers that they may be paying that high priced amount for a service that cannot be guaranteed . Sadly I am out the money and the package did not get to its destination when needed
