I paid a lot of money to priority worldwide a parcel as it needed to be at the destination by Friday the 20th. It did not arrive and I see that my receipt says expected. I was not informed that it may not make it. Canada post seriously needs to inform their customers that they may be paying that high priced amount for a service that cannot be guaranteed . Sadly I am out the money and the package did not get to its destination when needed

Tracking does not show for international countries like Guyana, only when it arrived not when it is actually delivered. Does not really serve the purpose.

Was expecting a package for a gift from amazon prime and Canada post delivered it to the wrong depo the package will not arrive until next week I can’t even go pick it up at the facility
