On the 18/12/2023 a large envelope was posted from Hawthorn North Post office........ destination a Mitcham North PO Box. Today is 19/01/2024 and this large envelope, containing personal information has not arrived at Mitcham North PO. I am told by the people that I handed the envelope to at Hawthorn North PO on the 18/12/2023 that the large envelope there is nothing Australia Post can do! .......I am shocked by the loss of this envelope that was entrusted to Australia Post has apparently been lost along with the important documents inside! I am a member of Australia Post ......I thought that the role of Australia Post was to deliver mail safely to their destination?

My experience with delivery was okay. The delivery was on time, but the driver didn't ring the doorbell or knock, so I almost missed it. Just a small hiccup in an otherwise standard delivery

Mailed documents express post expecting them to be delivered next day or 2nd day. They were important. Posted on 19/10, arrived after27/10. Very poor

Your guess is as good as mine one site, not registered yet, deliver today, delivery was ment to be30 Oct, their sites recons 9th to 13th Nov. They clearly have no idea. What a sambles
