I can see my package just sitting there, here in Australia. But it hasn't moved, and is 2 weeks late so far. Wish I could give 1/2 a Star.

your tracking service is crp and is a waste of time to track why send a tracking number when it never updates it has been a week ?????

Living in a rural town I rely on a great postal service. Thanks Australia Post, in particular our local post office and postman are just the best.

I paid $37.15 for express post from Melbourne to NZ on the 12th April. As at 21st April still in transit in Auckland. Terrible service and a waste of money for nothing delivered on the 3 business day delivery.

Never had a problem. Delivery notifications are the norm nowadays. Tick!

Pretty unhappy- have been waiting for a parcel from Perth for 10 days and still nothing in sight. The tracking system was not updated for the first week of the wait and my customer inquiry has also not been answered yet. No idea what is going on. I would give no star for the no-show so far but have to give 1 to get the review submitted.
