I`m the manager at Lounges Plus in Coniston. I was waiting on a parcel to get delivered and I had a tracking number. I checked today as I thought it should be here by now. It said it was delivered but we had not received it. I went out the the letter box but I knew it could not be in there as it would not fit. Instead I found my parcel on the ground and open. I`m very disgusted that this was obviously just left on top of the letter box instead of giving me a card to say pick up.

I am satisfied with postage and delivery but the prices and costs is very expensive to compare to other countries in the world.

Always poor service! Tracking from China ok until received by Auspost.....not update and no delivery for 4 weeks since arriving in Australia!

Post ladie that rides a push bike on senate rd I'm 166 senate, I'd like to say how amazing she is no matter how tied she looks always very nice, my children were scared of the post people until they meet Karoline, she always goes out of her way to make Shore I get the parcels I don't need to sign for. got a parcel sent from sa to wa express post sent on tuesday arrived in perth.thursday evening .australia post say that they deliver on a saturday but still.havent received it australia post is a absolute joke must be run by politicians promise the world and give you nothing.not happy sht service
