Sent a parcel to west africa on the13th march . Its still not there. I paid $36 postage. Terrible service. Never again. This parcel was vital for my fiancee.

Posted on one side of Melbourne sent to the depo on the other side of Melbourne then posted back to the same side it was posted from 2 area's away and 5 days later.. wtf..

Why does Oz Post send a parcel from Brisbane to Gold Coast (Tweed Heads) via SYDNEY? I have asked this question many times and I still have not received a human response.
