Requested Inter. Exptess and did so aafter being told 4 to 6 days and paid so. 10 days later the package is still in transit. It was due on 20 March according to 4 or 6 days and on 24 March in transit Not good enough AusPost. The package was for my Mothers birthday on 22 March and UK post deliver on 6 days. You at AusPost wonder why people use internet. Well that would be due to your very poor service

I thought it item would be delivered to the address rather than keeping it in the post office at the destination. Poor service.

Why again?
I've paid $50 for prime express delivery to my mailbox or door step and now i have to go personly pick it up at my local PO?? Any one got this issue or is it just me?????????
