I sent a regular mail to ME bank on 8/03/2019 but still has not been delivered now,18/03/3019. I sent another same mail by using express mail envelop on 15/03/2019 but still has not been delivered. Express mail sopposed to deliver next day. I am really really frustrated.

Seeing that I have had four parcels stolen I am not impressed by Australia Post, one was something quite valuable sent from Melbourne to Penguin in Tasmania.

I sent registered letter on Tuesday 12th of March to sydney according to your tracking the other end still haven't received it and today is Saturday 16th of March.
