What rubbish... why bother paying for international express... why bother having tracking when it can go for 15 days with no update and remain undelivered. Sad children with no gifts. If you take a exorbitant fee for delivery in 5 business days!!! Then can’t deliver in over 15days... you shouldn’t take the money. I know I know, I’m sure the fine print says ‘no guarantees’ ... what a pathetic business model. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

My less than 500gram parcel left Duncraig East Post Office, Perth,WA on 6 December (registered) bound for Durbanville, Cape Town,South Africa. It took to 11 December to reach Perth International Airport! The parcel flew from Perth to Johannesburg, arriving 16 December = 5 days (it’s an 11 hour flight)! The parcel is now listed as in transit on 19 December from Johannesburg. Today is 24 December and the parcel has still not arrived in Cape Town. I am bitterly disappointed in the slow service and fear that my parcel will never arrive at its destination a. By the way, the post office person assured me it would take 10 days, door to door!

What a let down Australia Post :( I sent a parcel off to my mum in NQL last Monday. 7 days (5 business days ago) I check on Xmas eve by tracking number), and it has been flown to VIC then flown back to Sydney And is currently sitting at Chullora?!! NSW.. Needless to say my mum won’t be getting her Xmas present tomorrow.. Not happy :(

I sent a registered letter to my daughter in Perth on the 11th of Dec and she still hasn’t received it. I am appalled at this service. How can it possible take so long to send something from North Richmond to Perth. My daughter now won’t have a Xmas present. I can get things quicker from the USA than I can from Australia Post
