Extremely disappointed with having to wait for my express post parcel. In addition, redirected mail also takes a great deal of extra time to be delivered. I also noticed that the processing time at the drop off point takes a great deal of time for it to be processed.

The parcel was sent over 1 week from Adelaide to Brisbane and the people in Brisbane still have not receive it! The postage is expensive and the service is sooo slow. It used to take only 2-3 days only but now it's over 1 week and they still have not received it>

Made a complaint this morning about 9am and the parcel is still in Arana Hills Queensland and i was told it would be sorted .it's now 7.46pm and i still haven't received any information about my complaint, surely it doesn't all day to track my parcel . I provided my tracking number and still no answers im not happy about this service i dont want to rate this service. Nobody has made any effort to get back to me

Wait 3days then weekend for a 2hr drive distance. Express is worse out state unless sent Monday, if not you'll get wed next week

Parcel got lost Far to hard to get to speak to a person not a machine that does no answer your inquires 2 weeks for a parcel to go from Adelaide to Canberra and it is still not there Falls a long way short of being a service worth paying for Not happy

This is disgusting, it would have been quicker if I dropped it off myself. It is only a 2 hour drive, and it's taken a week for it to go half way around Australia when there should have been NO NEED.
