Utter pathetic. Either they never ring the bell and leave a note in the mailbox or they ring and instantly run away and then you go run to the post office early from work and receive shit customer service with rude staff shutting it on your face and laughing with colleagues and ignoring you.

From 29th of July to the 6th of August and still waiting.call the center and tracking and it hasn't left Melbourne ?but tracking does not say that and the messaging on my phone says it will be delivered on the 6th .Australia Australia Post do not know .express post .? I want the $30.00 dollars back I have paid

The tracking is no use ,to pay $30 for fast delivery from Australia to Hobart from the 29th of July and still waiting 6th of August. Have no tracking from Melbourne to Hobart. Ring and get the don't know but must have left Melbourne on the 6th to be here on the 7th maybe. Still don't have any tracking except its still in Melbourne .that is not express post not happy

It's taken 4 days to get from Townsville to Brisbane. How long now to melbourne?? Another 8???

The tracking site is usually not working most times I check for a parcel. Get it together guys

You give a tracking number but it doesn't help me out much it only says it was sent.

Takes 3 2 days to process an order in the UK by Royal Mail. Arrives in Australia in 2 to 3 days then waiting more than 2 weeks to get it delivered!! This is second time it happened. Also Australia Post lost a parcel that was tracked. Utterly useless and very expensive for a terrible service.
