Really disappointed with Australia Post . Payed for express post for a reason , posted from Townsville Monday and still hasn’t arrived to NSW On Friday very poor service from Australia Post not happy.

I have sent an express post to bunninyong Victoria...why do australa post take my money for expressed when i have been told express post really does not work in Bunninyong...i sent an expess two weeks ago same place it arrive day after my normal post package...i send packages there on a weekly basis...i am not happy been charged for a service you are not giving.
