Had a slight issue at first but SAIA and especially the driver (Shannon) went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks again.

So far no good!! Definitely would not recommend!! Waited on hold for 25 minutes hung up called back & got on waiting call back list. Low & behold received a call a few minutes later stating I was next in line, 15 minutes later still on hold. Not acceptable!

It takes over 20 minutes to reach someone via phone. I was late for 4 days after arriving destination terminal.

Where is my order!?

Absolutely terrible experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone. If you use Saia expect delays, rescheduling, and a late delivery, even for the rescheduled date. One word for Saia LTL Freight, disappointing.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVERY RECEIVED BY ANYONE. PAID FOR OVER 90 DAYS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PURCHASE. COMPANY CAN NOT FOLLOW SHIPPING INFO...SENDING TO WRONG ADDRESS...ONE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER. TO BAD I CAN'T GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR.
