non co-operative staff any branch in karnataka,very rude, arrogant staff Wonder how Mr.Vijayanand succeeded with this kind of services from his staff.Any information required, they make us call 4-5 times finally they so do not know,or they tell call this call that ,even for consignments Many a times, we find consignment would be in their godown, they say not arrived Any delay in releasing goods, they are very prompt in collecting demurrages freight charges also to their choice

Think this service s**k how do you stay in business . I've waited 2 days sitting at home waiting apparently when you came yesterday no one was home I was here all day . Still waiting for driver to try again hoping he gets out of his truck . Cant find out what time to expect him then I can sit outside on sodewalkband watch for him. Custermer service s**ks big time
