Would never recommend this courier, leaves parcels at agents that are only open Monday to Friday 9 to 5 so if you're working you can't pick it up. Ridiculous.

My parcel was in Sydney 26th of Feb making its way to Perth. Location has still not been updated and I have not seen or heard anything. Emailed on the 7th, so technically they still have one more 'working day to respond, but after seeing these other reviews I am not hopeful...

The courier arrived left stating noone was home and there was someone. He/she didn’t leave a calling card. So when I contacted Fastway office the customer service staff said the parcel had been sent back to the seller . This parcel came from overseas because the courier company only holds parcels for 10days. I didn’t even know he had arrived because he didn’t come to the door or leave a card. The seller contacted me stating they called Fastway and the product is still there. So what’s going on?

if there was 0 star rating I would have given 0 star to your poor service. Please provide better customer service by delivering parcels on time and please leaving post cards in mailbox before checking any one is at home or not. bad experience not at al satisfied with the service and delivery driver.
