Terrible service and very slow. My parcel has been “in transit” for three weeks. No other information is provided. I have sent several emails via the contact us page and have heard nothing back. While all the other courier companies were working Extra hard in the lead up to Christmas it seems these guys went on holiday. I would never willingly use this company.
I feel this company just stuff people around . I paid for express delivery, 3 to 5 days , i was not home yesterday when it was delivered so they left a card with not much information on it, i head never heard of a pop shop so had to find where one was, so after travelling to the shop to find it was not there a few phone call to couriers please i was told to wait for a text it would arrive by lunch time from the driver, but it is now 4.00pm and still no word, i am totally pis*ed of with this company and would never recommend them to anybody
waited all day to picked up and no one turned up. then it was the weekend so not picked up till late Monday. Communication dreadful. Phone calls only resulted in a call centre who did nothing but send a message to driver. No other help till after the package was picked up. When I questioned the driver he just grunted and didnt care.
Couriers Please do not deliver in the Wollongong area and pass the packages to another courier for delivery. This invariably makes the item take longer to arrive than if it was sent with Australia Post. A parcel should only take one day from Sydney to Wollongong but with Couriers Please it usually ends up taking 2 or more days.

Despite the fact I was shouting out the courier simply left a card st the door with no instructions and leaving me to try and work out where to pick it up This is the second time this has happened
