Recieved an email Wed the 8th that my parcel was out for delivery. Friday I still had not recieved my parcel. Called and they said it was on a truck and to be delivered by end of day Friday. Monday still no package. Call in the morning, again on a truck for delivery never showed up. Tuesday the 15 I get a notice that it is being held for pick up.. went on the wrong truck Weds and then the excuse was that it was in a slow department and maybe the package was heavy. Get things straight. If it is out for delivery be sure it is out for delivery. People make changes to their day to be home or be able to go home so a package and be recieved or pick up so it's not left on a door step all day.

Very slow and completely disorganized. I sent a letter April 19, 2019 didn't arrive yet. I went back with the copy of the same letter send it May 8th, 2019 payed for tracking # and signature, still didn't arrive.

Not pleased with the cost of postage to get an item that was not available here was more than the item.
