Why does Canada post take money for express post when they don’t honour that! Send two Birthday cards one to London, Ontario the other one to Calgary Alberta both were send Dec. 4 , paid$33.50 and either one did not reach the London or Calgary! Very disappiointed and in the future will not use Canada post

Canada Post is a living hell. My order did not come on time. Then Canada post lost my package multiple times and they still don’t know where it is.....

I know theres been a strike and they have their reasons but i ordered half my christmas gifts online and wont get them in time for Christmas and i cant afford to go buy them again and its not fair.
