We sent a parcel from Regina to St.Lucia by xpresspost. it was supposed to take about 10 business days. The tracking no is:EE196412388CA.It still has not arrived.It is intransit for about 29 days now.why is that?

Every time I order a package from this company they never knock on my door and just walk away but leave that stupid note which is b******* cuz you can't pick up your package until the next day after 1... stupid
