How does a parcel land in Mississauga ont on March 21 still sitting in Mississauga on the 29th of March......8 days later. As far as I know it's still in Mississauga because no one can tell me where it is. I worked for 40 years with canpar and I've never seen such pathetic service. Really 8 days sitting on the same shelf It may grow roots and ill never get it. Do you think I could possibly get it?

Unable to get information about the delivery of my held mail. Trying to speak to someone at Canada post is an exercise in directed into a maze. One of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had and I will search for a different service provider in the future. The experience was being put on a merry-go-round without the fun and no apparent conclusion.

Since my arrival in Canada in January 2016, I have always relied on the services of Canada Post in terms of postage and they have never dissappointed me. Their services are swift and very professional. "Thanks Canada Post"!!!!!!

They cant keep the date they say it will be delivered. Very disappointed with the service all around. I will use fed ex over canada post any day.
