Very poor service.12 days and counting for a parcel to come from Halifax NS to Liverpool NS . It is a 2 hour drive between destinations!!

They are horrible lost my package the lady I talked to at the post office laughed at me and had no awnser why my package was lost no tracking records. After I paid 15$ for express post

My item was delivered on Thursday in Calgary. I tried tracking several times on Friday, because I wanted to be sure the item had arrived. NO LUCK! Only this morning, Monday, a week after paying 16.37 + HST, are you showing that the item, in fact, arrived on Thursday! Not worth the money, and the service is totally unreliable.
