My family sent me a package by sea,but they made a mistake of my address in Montreal,my package had to be returned to China,I called the service center and a female representative received me and she is so nice person.Fortunately,I got my package yesterday.....If it was return to China,I will have to wait another 4 or 5 months....Really thanks for the lady with beautiful voice and Canada post in Montreal.thank you so much.The lady who received my call maybe is from BC,I think,so kind and professional.

Spent 20 dollars on shipping canada post stole my package would not honor the insurance on the package ..why would I ever use canada post again ....I wont crooks and thiefs
