When a package is sent to you from 35 kms away but has to go 300kms away to be processed then back another 300kms to you theres an issue.

Item sent to usa said 7 days. Still didnt get it on 7th day

not as reliable as other messenger companies. Have lost at least one enveloppe send this year. Why is it so difficult to track? There are letters spaces, dots, etc and this makes it hard to type in the tracking number properly. Not so with Fedex or others.

Mailed a small package Thursday morning at just after Airdrie AB MAIN post Office opened! Friday morning at Just past 2:00 AM package was processed in Calgary ( a 30 minute drive from lAirdrie AB Main Post Office to Calgary Processing Location. It is now Saturday almost 4;00 pm and Package STILL in Calgary processing plant! Wish Greyhound Bus system was still working as package would be in Kelowna by today. Is Canada Post shut down on weekends?
