I was told that the parcel be there for Wednesday guaranteed. Upto 7:43 pm the tracking have not been updated neither my sister received the letter. It was urgent. I paid extra money for it to arrive in two days. I am so unhappy with the service, should have fedex it for the same amount or less.

My parcel disappeared a week ago because of Canada Posts error in processing. Two phone calls and nothing has happened. I will never never use CP again!!!

Sometimes my parcels are not scanned, but they always show up on or before estimated date.

Bad hours at office, never open when needed. Wrong key and mailbox number provided, twice. Unilingual, difficult to convey needs. Workers were personable though and tried.

Paid 47.10 to send a letter to nova scotia from Toronto on Tuesday 3rd September. It was delivered finally on 9th September. This is the worst courier service I've ever used, and it is the last.
