6 days later it still show in transit with no identification of its destination or estimated time of arrival. That is after 6 days it has been processed. I realised it is during the holidays and some of those days are not working days but a bit more info would be nice

After four and a half weeks my package has still not arrived. Moreover the last tracking entry is nearly one month ago.
