I just paid for one business day shipping but it’s going to be at least three. I’ve spoken to a rep on the online chat and said sorry. Nothing we can do at this time. They should start to care!!! I paid an extra premium for nothing!!

Like many others, the driver never even made a reasonable attempt to deliver. Never called or texted to ask to be buzzed in, never even left a "missed you" slip at the front gate. Customer service doesn't even know when the package will arrive back at the postal office for pickup. Made me waste an entire day playing the waiting game, and now as it's a Friday I have to wait until Monday for them to process my package for pickup. Fraking ridiculous.

I am not at all impressed. I paid 2 day Express post for 2 packages. One arrived on the proper date at one location and one did not. It's been 4 days and still has not arrived. So much for paying for it It left here perfectly but had a processing error in Richmond???? I want a refund. I could have mailed it normal mail.
