Those who deliver parcels even ur whole day or ur home they never bell or check if the owner of the package is home or around they just drop the note for pick up and go they are so lazy... in area( west Jasper place Edmonton)

Calling Canada Post is a waste of time you will not get a live person every time I call I'm in a q18 people ahead of me the package express post is never delivered on time this is the second time in two months my packages weren't delivered on the day promised. Very poor customer service. I rate them 0 out of 10

I dropped a package at post office in Edmonton on Friday and I was told it will deliver in Vancouver on Tuesday. I am checking on Wednesday and the information says its out for delivery even I paid extra for the fast service.

Once again my parcel from the UK had disappeared in Mississauga. My experience is that Ca ada Post will only « find » the parcel when they are forced to pay the insurance penalty. Pathetic service and impossible to find anyone to accept a complaint
