I am not impressed. When one wedding invitation gets lost in the mail, okay, but when the second time sending it express and it says it has been delivered when they never got it, I am angry!

How can an item ($1000.00 plus express postage) be scanned in at a post office and then disappear. Maybe we should be looking on line in ebay or buy and sell to see if it is being listed for sale. On top of this it is cost us $40- per day for storage waiting for this part to turn up. NOT HAPPY

Was told that it take nearly 2 weeks for a parcel to go from Townsville to Darwin, pretty dam ordinary really, but sadly I have come to expect nothing less, if you want to charge a premium for your services, at least try and deliver in a timely manner!!, your tracker is a joke and at no stage has it updated to reflect the status, it should be in real time. All it shows me is when it was lodged, how pathetic. The only change has been the sharp increase in cost of your services, and little else, I was given a lame excuse by an AP worker when sighting that I receive stuff quicker from overseas than in my own country, get your bloody act together, perhaps for once you will realise that ppl are depending on your service daily, your certainly not delivering at all.

Posted an item on 27th February 2019 and 7 days later is sitting at Strathfield. It took 7 days to make a 7 hour drive to Sydney and still not at its destination. Why do I pay extra to have it sent when I could have driven it there quicker myself. Not impressed at all.
