My partner sent me a parcel containing sensitive and critical into via registered Express post 4 days ago. The tracking status has not changed from received. I called Australia Post and they don't know what happened to my parcel. The operator said it's likely lost. This is unacceptable and I'll pursue compensation for lost items from Australia Post and I'd encourage everyone to drop the same if this happens to you. Do not use Australia Post to send anything important even via registered post.

The tracking is completely useless. Eight days ( international express aus to Poland) and the last tracking is Sydney international departure.

Absolute rubbish. Dont waste your money with tracking. Over a week and still same tracking post, and i know when i dropped it off

Australia Post Esperance’s services are awful. They never deliver parcels or letters on time. Most of the time they send the packages and letters back to senders. Very unprofessional.
