Only one hour notice given of delivery. Too short if you’re already out! Provides tracking reference number via customer service only to find the number is not recognised on system. It was entered accurately!

Yodel, laughable, supposed to deliver a parcel to a BP garage. Lying driver said it was no longer there, complete nonsense, I visited this morning. I will not buy from any company who usss Yodel

Shockingly bad service can’t even deliver a parcel as seems driver couldn’t open a tiny gate, if can’t work out a gate should they really be driving in a big van ???

Parcel card left but no boxes ticked on it to show what happened to delivery. And I want it left in a designated location at my address.
