Yet another bad review of a terrible company. Slow, awkward, no sense or responsibility, its astounding that trading standards cannot force these so-called businesses to either sort their stuff out, or be told to close. Lost parcels, wrong address (again) and sneaking about being used by eBay sellers who don't even have to admit who's going to be losing your parcel this week. Just close down, please! I could do better myself on a single bicycle!
