I'm disgusted with this company ,they were supposed to deliver an item that I'd paid extra to get delivered next day which mean't it should have arrived 25th September, have checked the so called tracking system and all it says that it's arrived at local depot . We are now talking the 27th and it's still not been processed ,it's ridiculous !

Avoid! Didn't receive my parcel, when contacted customer servise they said it was opened so they took it back to their office to re pack!!!! And still no parcel...

Not impressed with the tracking. No updates given for 3 days. Doesn't seem fit for purpose.

Worst company ever! Waiting 4 days for parcel to be collected! So cancelled it and then a driver turns up two weeks later to collect it!
