shocking service and you can't speak to anyone..unless you have 45mins to wait after 11 attempts!!!! Will never buy anything if Yodel is the courier service..sorry.. NON service

and another hour goes by, no one to chat too, driver not picking up ! no idea if this is going to take another hour, 10 minutes, or 5 hrs .... this one,s going on the radio ....... jeeze

takes forever to deliver anywhere near Stockport , if i was too go out before 15.30 hrs you bet they would turn up early , will checking carrier before committing , and going somewhere else , full day waiting ain,t no way to do business : (

Poor sevice, the driver won’t even answer to any of my call, i got a card left on my door past 9 pm. Who would deliver a parcel at past 9 pm? It would be nice if they will message ahead of time or would advice you what time the delivery.. very poor service!!! So disappointed.

Very very poor courier company twice failed my delivery to a store that is open from 7am to 10pm with unable to access property shocking service
