I paid a substantial amount of money for delivery of not jut one package, but 2 packages which are still not delivered. I sent them on the 7th of December and it’s now the 23rd of December and still the tracking number isn’t telling me where my packages are! I think l should receive a refund for services NOT rendered!

HI! I visited the Lowell MI postal office today. I was serviced by clerk ten. She was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The lines were long, when I arrived at 11 am i was 4th in line. When I left the line was out the door. She wished me a Merry Christmas. Thank you Lowell Post office and USPS! A

Very very slow package gets lost

Sent package to Milwaukee, WI on 11/28/2020 by Priority Mail 3 Day shipping. Due on 12/02/2020 for the person's birthday. It is now 12/3/2020 and still only shows as in transit. Paid over ten dollars to ship this one pound package in a box 4 inches x 4 inches square. Plus the contents that cost over forty dollars. Not happy at all. Please advise.

7 days to deliver a pkg 3 hrs from origin (NILES,MI) to destination (UTICA, MI.) Use UPS or FEDEX. USPS is a total disgrace to service.
