Packages didn't arrived on time and drop to the wrong house also.It happened 2-3 times and I never get package back.The staffs NEED more training and work more efficiency !!!

I never get my packages on time, I have been waiting on a package that I was supposed to have gotten Tuesday of last week, and today is Thursday the following week, I still have not received my package.

I sent a priority mail package to my wife in Thailand on 5 April 2020, it sat in Miami for almost a month and a half, I did a missing mail complaint and it then went to Chicago and not says in transit to next location since may 15th and now I have no idea where it is. There is medications that my wife needs in that box. I am not happy about paying a lot of money for fast delivery and not getting what I paid for, their is no excuse for this!

You people left me on hold for 1hour and 15 minutes! I mailed out a letter on May 14th and it’s been found to it’s final destination since May 19th and you are repeating the same information for 13 DAYS! Pathetic!
