we had a issue with my mail and the customer service representative was the nicest person i have ever talked to on the phone , handled all my issues quick and promptly and asked for someone respond asap on my behalf i appreciate the cautious response i got ,i wish every one was this easy to talk too in customer services ,great job guys keep it up and keep it up with positive Thank you so much for excellent service

Call to ask about package and was very helpful by making sure my address was correct and when I should receive my package and providing me with the tracking number. He went beyond expectation. Kudos to him.

"3 day" Priority Mail envelope (book for granddaughter card for daughter) mailed Tu 3/3/20 @ 935AM. po clerk typed in wrong zip code. Delivery was due Fri 3/6/20. It is still out for delivery. It never posted/arrived at the wrong zip post office....and my daughter has a PO mailing address. When I called 1st am Weds 3/4/20 to inquire if possible to correct their zip error entry I was told it would probably be sent back to me. So Ive spent $8.25 fir 3 day deli ery that is still in a truck somewhere in CA. It was in Bakersfield yesterday. UNBELIEVABLE....I can understand why more people use FedEx or UPS and have lost faith in the USPS. Sad....
