I just stopped at the Bridgewwater, nj post office to purchase a stamp for Europe. It was a very frustrating experience.. There were three women employees at the desk, but only one was helping a person--with passport business. A man was scuttling around behind the desk and giving directions to the other two women as the line got longer and longer. The man came out to the line and asked which of us were waiting for passport help. None of us were. He then told us we were in the passport line. No signs indicated this!!! We all moved uncertainly to a rug perpendicular to where we had politely lined up behind anyone who was there when we arrived. One of the women behind the desk finally began to help. After a time the other called us "non passport people" over and assisted us. What a disorganized mess.
