A package was "delivered" to a location over 2 hours from the delivery address on 11/2 per the tracking information. It arrived at the correct location on 11/12, with no tracking details beyond 11/2.

No wonder usps is losing business, my certified mail took 12 days, and today your site says the mailman left a note no one was home to sign for it, but I was home and no notes left in my mailbox. ...just terrible service. ..I would rather deal with UPS or FedEx than usps

Been waiting on a package since Nov. 2 and was at home and no knock on the door saying a package was here and have been waiting for it since and no slip saying where the package is or for me to pick it up at the post office
