For the second time I have yet to receive a call back about my case number 03656197. There is another case number as well I have not received information in over a week on a package that was mailed on October 22 it is lost

No wonder usps is losing business, my certified mail took 12 days, and today your site says the mailman left a note no one was home to sign for it, but I was home and no notes left in my mailbox. ...just terrible service. ..I would rather deal with UPS or FedEx than usps

Been waiting on a package since Nov. 2 and was at home and no knock on the door saying a package was here and have been waiting for it since and no slip saying where the package is or for me to pick it up at the post office
