Hi, the post office I go to in Rosebank at 567 Tompkins avenue, Staten Island, Ny is the best one that I have been to and I have been to a lot of them. All of the employees are pleasant and very helpful. This is unlike the ones in Manhattan where they offer you no help but have plenty of attitude. I am so happy that my home post office is the one at 567 Tompkins--and with the parking available makes it so convenient. I give them 5 stars--they never let me down.

I generally don’t have time to do online surveys, but I felt I had to give feedback on the Lake Mary PO location. They have superior customer service and are excellent, especially when providing efficient/timely service, where the wait time is minimal, and to a business owner, that is especially important when you’re on a tight and busy schedule. Thank you to the Lake Mary Postal Service employees, your hard work is greatly appreciated!!

I visited the Concord P. O. , 2121 Meridian Park Blvd. , yesterday around 10:00am. I was greeted by Clerk #25, with a pleasant greeting and a genuine friendly smile. His manner was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I was very pleased by this transaction. Clerk #25, is certainly a credit to the USPS, and an example of a fine employee.

I just came back from the Old West End P.O. - 43620. There was a long line. The postal worker got through the line in less than ten minutes, with a smile and a cheerful word for each customer. I know; I was last in line. I don’t know her name, but she is the best!!
