Waiting time and LINE at Chesapeake Post Office 1425 Battlefield Blvd is unbelievable - sometimes lines OUT THE BLDG. 5+ service windows and have never seen more than 2 clerks assisting customers. Those (2) staff members are very good and top notch. Have been using UPS & FedX more due to wait times at this location - HIGHLY recommend finding another post office.

If I could put a ZERO believe me I would. I’ve had more pkgs lost, delivered to someone else, or stolen because they like to leave it in plain sight, instead of putting the pkg in the locked box in our neighborhood mailbox area. Or just leave a pink slip like they use to. If there was any other option that didn’t cost so much I would use it. Whenever possible I will use UPS.

It is not a chore to post packages at our branch. The postal workers are friendly, helpful, and have camaraderie with the customers.
