Absolutely horrible I have been waiting for a tracking number from ups for a week because ups didn't scan scan the freaking package till it is 45 min away from me the purchase was on mercari and they was about to cancel my transaction because of this..this needs to be fixed immediately if the people who work here can't do a better job than this then maybe they need new jobs and people need to be hired thay will do the job how it's supposed to be done! And I have 3 other packages through ups that I've been waiting 4 days now for a tracking number from the same platform mercari because of the issue FIX YOUR $h!+!

Instead of being delivered to my home the package was delivered to to post office. We have no home delivery. This is an ongoing problem.

Run around, no ownership, responsibility or care…package in limbo with no clue as to its location

I never recieved my package. It was passed to shrewsbury ma. Postal facility. It left there at 4:50 am. November 1. The worcester post office never recieved it. It is now november 10.

Message say package out for delivery wait and wait never delivered next time I make sure it comes FedEx or USPS
