UPS is not a good dependable delivery service anymore. It's not the drivers it's the customer service tracking dept. Everything I receive via UPS is always "later than expected" Horrible

I've called every single day to confirm that my granddaughters birthday gift would be delivered TODAY for her birthday party because I ordered in plenty of time. I had a bar feeling from the get go and sure enough,,NO GIFT ARRIVED!! MONDAY ,is TOO LATE! It's like celebrating Christmas on January 3rd!!? BOOO UPS & Amazon Prime!!

I have a household member that seems to be pretty sick thinking covid, and ordered a couple of test kits overnight and it's now 30 hours past the 24 overnight, tracking says it arrived at are postal facility at 8:29 then it said it will be here at 9 , it's 9:30.

My package arrived at the Jacksonville, Fl facility at 5:51am this morning and UPS didn't get it out on the truck for delivery today, very SAD, especially after loosing a day on Monday to Labor Day. It's a $2,500 PC for my home business, as my old one went out on Tuesday of last week and I've been OUT OF BUSINESS for 1 week now.
