Horrible shipping service. I’m giving 1 star only because it will not let me give zero star. I had a package (1 envelope that contained valuable documents ) shipped to a UPS facility for pickup with the “guaranteed next day service” Needless to say… the package still have not made it to the facility. According to k2track.com it was received at the facility but UPS tracking is saying different. There’s no one to talk to to discuss the matter on an automated system. File a claim and still don’t get a response. Throw the entire company in the dumpster because trash is just what it is!!!!

Ridiculous it takes so much longer for you to receive your packages. Still waiting for something I should have received 4/8/21

Package was delivered to wrong address or individual as I never received the package and the company from which I ordered the item says it was delivered. Now I am in between the company I ordered the item from and USPS and UPS to try and either get my item or my money back. I'm not happy.

UPS SurePost is a terrible delivery service. Packages are almost impossible to track, and my packages ahave strange messages about delivery to the wrong post offices. I am still waiting for and trying to find a shipment from a month ago!
