UPS SurePost is a terrible delivery service. Packages are almost impossible to track, and my packages ahave strange messages about delivery to the wrong post offices. I am still waiting for and trying to find a shipment from a month ago!

Waiting on my package and I never got it, now i got file a claim, your courier did not delivered my package at the right address, bad customer service.

Tracking says they delivered the package. We were home all day and nothing was delivered. Can't talk to a live person, nothing but recorded messages!!!

Awful service. Tracking said the package was delivered on Saturday. We were home all day & no package!!! Christmas present for my granddaughter !!!!
