Tracking says they delivered the package. We were home all day and nothing was delivered. Can't talk to a live person, nothing but recorded messages!!!

Worst service ever. It is very stupid for UPS to utilize USPS for final delivery. What is the point other than upsetting the customer?

A ups sure post package with the tracking number 1Z82V5474201038245 was delivered to my home today and received by a Virginia. There is no Virginia living at my address and the package was never received.

They lost my small envelope with my meds.It was supost to be delivered on 10 -15-18. Call them today no one knows what happened to my package.

Ordered on 9/25, expected within a week, pretty standard. Still don't have it. Today is 3rd or 4th "problem with delivery" email. Post Office says yes, the package is here. "So you don't notify when a package is delivered?" "Well, there's a yellow slip in your mailbox." What part of "I don't have mail delivery at my home" don't you people get? Terrible awful horrible service.
