Ordered on 9/25, expected within a week, pretty standard. Still don't have it. Today is 3rd or 4th "problem with delivery" email. Post Office says yes, the package is here. "So you don't notify when a package is delivered?" "Well, there's a yellow slip in your mailbox." What part of "I don't have mail delivery at my home" don't you people get? Terrible awful horrible service.

UPS SurePost says the PO attempted delivery and left deliver instructions. There were no delivery instructions left.

Worst service ever! Get rid of sure post it doesn't work! Packages get left in limbo don't move on or get sent back and forth numerous times then get lost! Why? What is going on?

Been waiting for my package and of course it states out for delivery for 3 days now and I have nothing. (Sarcasm) Great job guys!
