Whenever UPS uses Surepost (involves the postal service in any part of the delivery), my packages either end up traveling all over the US before "disappearing," or they go to "Thornburg, PA" and disappear. Seriously. I have a package that has been sitting in "Thornburg" for TWELVE DAYS now. Not a peep. The seller might refund me, but otherwise, I'm SOL on the package. Never, ever order something through UPS if they are going to "surepost" it in any way. It's not worth it.

Totally unacceptable. Just got runaround RE a pkg sent via UPS and handed off to US post office. It’s in limbo never never land for 30 days. All I get is message that no one is responsible for delivery. Total BS. ZERO STAS

Horrible! The drivers need to go back to school and learn the alphabet and numbers again because they can never do their job and deliver packages to the correct house/apartment. Useless company.

Bad bad bad service! According to them they tried to make the delivery and I was waiting all day for my door to be touched and they did not even leave a note to know where I can go to pick up my product

If ups would of delivered the package I would of got it yesterday.. never fails, every time it transfer to post office I get it 2 days later.. today it shows it delivered and it's not even in this zipcode yet...

Worst service ever! Nobody knows what happened with my package. Said it was delivered and NO PACKAGE!!!!
