I just tracked my order and it has been delivered to the wrong address which is about 35 miles away from mine. I entered the number (correctly) and there is no record of it. What happened to taking to real people about this problem? I need my packages.

UPS got to USPS in my town 2 days ago. UPS shows it out for delivery today. Stills shows it out for delivery @2200hrs. No way to find out where the package really is or when USPS might feel inclined to deliver it. I guess UPS isn't concerned about a package being out for deliveries for days on end.

Dreadful service - I don't know when my package will arrive. I thought I'd have it by now. Needed it by today, trusted the usual LLBean customer service. No advice even now, on when it will arrive here. Please go back to UPS not this UPS/USPS nonsense!

I was told they try to delivery a package on Sunday at 11:27 a.m. and they got no response that's a lie because I was sitting here listen to the church service on Facebook they did not knock they did not ring the buzzard now I can't find my package they said they left instructions or my door but did not I'm trying to track it it keeps saying the same thing they let me instructions
