U didn't even come up our driveway we were home. The house numbers are clearly labeled on our mailbox on both sides. This is a lazy carrier that didn't attempt my package they could have delivered. I paid for Two day delivery. Redeliver my package there will be a person at my house ALL Day. Do your job!!! I needed this stuff and u didn't even try much less attempt to deliver my package

I sent this Saturday,December 19, 2019. Was told it would be delivered NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 27! HERE IT IS, DECEMBER 30! AND NOT HERE YET! I KNOW IT'S CHRISTMAS, BUT, COME ON!

I was very disappointed with our UPS store and the service we have received. I took my package in well in advance for Christmas delivery. I took two packages to our store and it was busy. As people brought packages in they were stacked on top of each other with the pacing slip. Ultimately, the gift I paid for that was to deliver to Minneapolis in two days was instead shipped with the packing slip to the other destination of my other package in California. So my father in law was kind enough to prepare the package for delivery and 9 days later it says it arrived. However when I initially sent the package the family was home to receive the package and since it came well after Christmas the family was visiting elsewhere and even though the package was supposedly delivered it wasn’t at their home. I was going to use the post office and my husband talked me out of it. You can bet I’m only using the post office or fed ex from now on.
