If I could rate UPS with negative starts it would definitely get -5! My corporation sent a package out to Germany which turned out to be a fraudulent office. The package was could have cost my corporation 4 Billion dollars. An emergency RTS was placed on the package prior to leaving the shipping location but because of their shipping standard, the package had to reach the final destination and then would be return, the tracking number was monitored my the corporate director of security. Once the package made it to Germany it was delivered to the fraudulent party, subsequently due to the party not being there, it was returned to the Germany Hub. Our corporate office has been in the phone with them since the package departed it’s shipping location and all the reps with UPS were clueless! We had to hire an interpreter to communicate with the UPS hub in Germany to get the package pulled from the delivery truck so it a second attempt wouldn’t be made? UPS can’t even communicate with their foreign counterparts? How ridiculous is that? Fast forward to today the package after almost a month is back in Las Vegas were it was sent from and we are still having issues retrieving it! If you have packages of serious importance, I would not suggest using UPS! What an unprofessional experience from the shipping office to the international process! You would think a company that is this huge would have it figured out, Shocked to say the least!
